Successful Postmerger Integration

In a 2016 report with with The Boston Consulting Group, I shared my insight and advice on Successful Postmerger Integration (PMI) in Aerospace and Defense (A&D). I have been involved in 19 major transactions during my A&D-leadership career and have seen integration from both sides, as an acquirer and as an executive with a target company. The size of those deals ranging from $10 million to $4.5 billion.
